I will fully adapt each lesson to your needs and goals, which we identify together at the beginning of the collaboration. The client questionnaire will help you clarify your main goals.
Individual attention
Private lessons mean you will have my undivided attention. I am fully available to clients during the class and help them to do the exercises correctly and feel the improvement as soon as possible.
Flexible schedule and privacy
We will agree on a time that suits you. Lessons take place either in the studio in Kharkiv, or at the client's home or work.
Know how
During individual lessons, I give the client enough space for questions. It is important to me that the client understands what he can improve and how. The goal is not endless attendance at lessons, but a client who is able to apply the rules of healthy exercise and movement in everyday activities and other sports activities.
